How the Oak & Reeds portal handles your information.
What we collect
When you use this portal we may collect: your email address (if you choose to share it), your name (if you sign in with Google), your workshop feedback responses, and your workshop enrollments. That's it — no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no data brokers.
Workshop feedback
Feedback surveys are anonymous by default. Workshop sponsors (the company that booked your workshop) receive aggregate results — averages and counts. If a sponsor asks to see individual responses and Oak & Reeds agrees, those responses are shared without contact details. Your email address is never shared with sponsors.
Your email
If you leave your email, we use it to give you access to your workshop materials and to send follow-up learning resources related to your workshop. Every email includes a way to opt out. We don't sell or share your email with anyone.
Where data lives
Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage, hosted in the US) and email is delivered via Resend. Files are private and served through expiring links.
Deletion
Want your data removed? Email info@oakandreeds.com and we'll delete your responses, enrollments, and account.
