The live workbook
Every answer in the room, on the wall, as it is typed.
Participants scan the QR on your slide and land in the workbook with no account. Each exercise opens when you say so. Their answers save as they type, cluster on the answer wall for the debrief, and come back to them afterwards in their own portal.

Who it is for
Independent facilitators, trainers and L&D consultants running their own content, five to fifty people in a room, who want the phones in the room working for them.

Do participants need an account?+
No. They scan the QR or type the code and they are in. Their answers save to the browser; at the close they can claim them into an account to keep them, and that is optional.
Can I use my own content?+
Yes, that is the point. You write the exercises as workbook pages in the portal, or paste them from your existing workbook. The Oak & Reeds library is not included; licensing it may come later as an add-on.
Does it work in person and on Zoom?+
Both. In person the wall goes on the projector and people use their phones. On Zoom you share the wall and people use a second tab or their phone.
What about my data and my clients’ data?+
We never sell it. Each practice is walled off from every other; your participants’ answers are yours, sponsors only ever see aggregate survey results. The terms say so in plain English.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, from your settings. Your workshops, answers and survey results stay exportable, and we delete the practice on request.
I also coach. Do I need two accounts?+
No. One practice can hold both products: Coach OS and Facilitator OS together are $50/month.
